About me.

I am a post-doctoral researcher at Meta's Fundamental AI Research (FAIR) chemistry team, focusing on leveraging automated labs, computational models, and machine learning to develop new materials for energy, climate, and next generation of technology.

At Meta, I lead a research team bridging simulations and real-world experiments. My main contributions include releasing large datasets such as the OpenCatalyst series (including OCx24) and help with developing tools like the Open Catalyst demo, used by thousands today to design new catalysts.

During my Ph.D. at the University of Toronto, I was a Vanier Scholar and served as program director for the A3MD consortium. I was also part of the CERT team, a Carbon XPRIZE finalist team that scaled CO₂ conversion technology from lab to pilot scale.

In 2023, I was recognized as an Emergent Hydrogen Leader at the Canadian Hydrogen Convention, and featured in the University of Toronto’s Grads-to-Watch list.
